Celtic Bank Corporation, Square Capital, LLC (on behalf of Celtic Bank Corporation), and their respective agents may obtain my credit report from one or more consumer reporting agencies for any purpose permitted by applicable law, including: (i) to authenticate my identity; (ii) to make loan decisions; (iii) to service my loan; (iv) to send me future marketing information; and/or (v) for internal analytics and credit modeling purposes. I understand that initially submitting personal information during the application process will not affect my credit score, however, submitting an application or accepting a loan will result in an inquiry on my credit report which may affect my credit score.
